Satisfaction Policies StripClubTickets.com strives to make your ticket selling, ticket buying
and event browsing experience easy and convenient. However, we are not responsible for
any other aspect of the events promoted through our website. If you are unsatisfied with
an event that has been promoted or ticketed via StripClubTickets.com, you must speak to the promoter
or a valid representative of the event or venue.
Status as Content Provider As a content provider, StripClubTickets.com is not responsible
for any content posted or displayed on any page within the StripClubTickets.com website by a
registered member or event promoter. Any such information does not necessarily
represent the viewpoints or opinions of StripClubTickets.com or its employees. As such, StripClubTickets.com
cannot be held responsible for any unfulfilled promises, agreements, contracts, or
the truth-value of any communication made between a registered member or event promoter
and a third party. Nor is StripClubTickets.com responsible for the posting of any illegal or
unlawful material, including defamatory or copyrighted material, by a registered
member or event promoter.
Accuracy of Information Users of any of StripClubTickets.com services certify that any
information provided to us is complete and accurate. StripClubTickets.com will make every effort
to validate the billing information you provide to us; however, if we are unable to
do so, we reserve the right to cancel your tickets or prohibit you from using this
website.
Alteration of Event Listings StripClubTickets.com reserves the right to expunge any event
or venue listing from the StripClubTickets.com website at any time, under any circumstances,
and for any reason.
Refund Policies StripClubTickets.com is unable to offer refunds after a ticket has been purchased.
However, a refund may be issued when an event is canceled. In the unfortunate event
that an event is canceled, a refund in the amount of the face value of the ticket
(not including service and delivery fees) will be issued to customers accordingly.
Service and delivery fees will not be refunded. The event promoter will have control
over refund availability and/or duration.
Postponed Events If an event is postponed to a later date, it is the promoter's
responsibility to update the listing and notify the StripClubTickets.com staff. In such a case,
the events promoter is required to accept outdated tickets at the door for entrance
into the event.
StripClubTickets.com Ticket Purchasing Fees A non-refundable service and/or delivery fee may
be added to each ticket and/or order. By purchasing tickets from StripClubTickets.com, the buyer
agrees to pay these fees, and understands that they will not be refunded under any
circumstances.
Acceptable Methods of Payment StripClubTickets.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard,
American Express (AMEX), and Discover credit/debit cards for payment. All transactions
will post a StripClubTickets.com memo on your billing/bank statement.
Privacy Policies StripClubTickets.com understands and respects your right to privacy.
As such, the only third parties who receive your e-mail address are the ticket
sellers from whom you purchase tickets. We will not share your information with other
parties without prior approval.
In addition, we will only use your email address for password retrieval and to deliver
information on events and services that may be of interest to you. If you wish to
opt-out of receiving emails, you may do so by clicking the unsubscribe link located at
the bottom of any StripClubTickets.com email.
StripClubTickets.com is not responsible for any personal information posted on this website in a
non-confidential manner (i.e. not posted via a secure form), and any such information
is not subject to the policies above.
Refusal of Services Generally, StripClubTickets.com reserves the right to bar any registered
member or event promoter from use of any or all of StripClubTickets.com? services at any time,
under any circumstances, and for any reason. However, violating any of the guidelines
below will always result in such punitive action.
Illegal Content Posting or linking to any illegal or unlawful content, including
defamatory or copyrighted materials, on the StripClubTickets.com website will result in the
termination of any or all services that StripClubTickets.com provides.
Prohibited Content Posting any of the following on the StripClubTickets.com website may result
in the termination, without compensation, of any or all services that StripClubTickets.com provides:
- Any communication that incites or promotes racism, bigotry, or physical harm to others
- Any communication that promotes harassment of others
- Any pornographic or sexually explicit material
- Any communication that solicits personal information for commercial or advertising
purposes that is not otherwise approved by StripClubTickets.com
- Any communication intended to engage others in commercial activities that is not
otherwise approved by StripClubTickets.com
Ticket Purchasing Limits Under certain circumstances, in order to discourage
unfair ticket buying practices, ticket sellers may set maximum limits for the number of
tickets purchased per person. StripClubTickets.com is not responsible for these limits, nor are we
able to circumvent them in any way. Any attempted or actual circumvention of these
limits by a ticket purchaser will result in the purchaser being barred from any further
use of any services that StripClubTickets.com provides, and the nullification of any tickets that
the purchaser otherwise bought.
Unlawful Ticket Reselling StripClubTickets.com in no way condones the unlawful resale of
tickets. Any unlawful attempt to resell tickets purchased through StripClubTickets.com will result
in StripClubTickets.com terminating those tickets without compensation, as well as the unlawful
party being barred indefinitely from use of any services StripClubTickets.com provides.
Violation of Terms If you violate any of the terms herein, StripClubTickets.com reserves the
right to terminate your account, bar you from future use of any StripClubTickets.com services,
cancel your ticket orders, and/or take appropriate legal action.

by any websites outside of the StripClubTickets.com domain name, including any content posted
on the show promoters? or performers? websites, or any content that a registered member
or show promoter links to from this website.
